Welcome to YeboConnect Telecoms! By signing up for our services , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully

1. Services Provided: YeboConnect Telecoms provides web hosting and domain services , including capped and uncapped bandwidth hosting plans. Daily backups of website data. Free domain registration ( for first year) with hosting . Email accounts and related web services.

2. Support: Our support team is available Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 to 17:00. Support covers hosting and domain related issues. We aim to respond promptly but response times may vary depending on workload.

3. Payment Terms: Invoice must be paid by the due date. A 5-day grace period is provided after the invoice due date. Accounts with unpaid invoices after 5 days will be suspended. Non-payments for 25-30 days may result in termination of services and contract.

4. Refund Policy: YeboConnect Telecoms offers a 15-day money guarantee for new customers. Refunds apply only if the service has not been substantially used. Refund request must be submitted within 15 day of sign up.

5. Backips and Data: Daily backups are automatically performed. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical data. YeboConnect Telecoms is not liable for data loss beyond our backup processes.

6. Account Suspension and Termination: Accounts may be suspended due to non-payment or violation of these terms and conditions. Repeated failure to comply with payment terms may result in account termination. Upon termination , all data may be permanently deleted.

7. Use of Services: Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Customers may not use hosting for spam, malware, illegal content, pornography material, child pornography or any activity that violates local or international law. YeboConnect Telecoms reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating this policy.

8. Changes to Terms: YeboConnect Telecoms may update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified via email. Continued use of services constitutes of updated terms.

9.Limitation of Liability: Services are provided “as is” YeboConnect Telecoms does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.Gorvening Law: These terms and conditions are govern by the laws of South Africa
