These Terms of Service govern the use of web hosting services provided by YeboConnect (“we”, “us”, “our”) By using our services , you agree to these terms.

Services Offered: YeboConnect provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting plans, domain-related services , and related infrastructure.

Unlimited Resources Policy: Our hosting plans include unlimited resources such as bandwidth , database and processing resources subject to fair and reasonable use. All hosting are subject to limited NVMe SSD storage as specified per plan. Unlimited resources may not be used to activities that negatively affect server performance or other clients. Abusive or excessive usage may result in account review , suspension or required upgrade.

Performance & I/O Speed: Our hosting environment operates  at 50 MB I/O speed or higher , designed to deliver fast & reliable website performance . While we strive for optimal performance , speeds may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Backups: Daily backups are performed for disaster recovery purposes only. Backups are provided as a best -effort convenience , not a guaranteed service. Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. YeboConnect is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

15 Day Money Back Guarantee: New hosting accounts qualify for a 15 day money back guarantee. Refunds apply to hosting fees only. Domain registrations, transfer , renewal and third party services are non-refundable. Refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of service activation.

Billing & Payment: Services may be billed monthly or yearly , depending on the selected plan. Yearly plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Yearly plans are prepared and non-refundable after 15 day refund period. Failure to pay may results in suspension or termination of services.

Acceptance Use: Clients may not use YeboConnect services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or malware. Unauthorized access attempts , content that violates South African laws. Violation may and will result in immediate suspension or termination.

Account Suspension & Termination: YeboConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for policy violation, non-payment, network abuse or legal or regulatory requirements. Clients are given 5 days after due date of the invoice. After 5 days, yeboconnect reserves the right to suspend the account. Client account/website files will be permanently removed after 25 – 30 days.

Limitation of liablility: YeboConnect shall not be held liable for loss of data. Loss of revenue or business. Downtime or services interruptions. Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Change to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitute acceptance of updated terms.
