1. Nature of the Service

1. YeboConnect Templates and Themes are provided strictly as an add-on service to eligible YeboConnect hosting or related services , unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. The Templates are pre-designed , structured website solutions created and owed by YeboConnect. They are not custom web design services.
3. The scope , layout, pages, and plugin features of each Template are clearly outlined before purchase. By proceeding , the client confirms acceptance of the Template structure as described.

2. Installation, Configuration & Branding

1. Upon purchase, YeboConnect will:

• Install the selected Template
• Configure required plugin settings
• Apply branding elements such as logo , colours, and basic content placeholders (where applicable)

Any work commenced on installation, or branding is considered service delivery in progress. Once installation has begun, the service is deemed active.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once installation or configuration of the template has started, regardless of the stage of completion.

• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Client dissatisfaction with a pre-disclosed template structure
• Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, script, or modifications not managed by YeboConnect 

4. Access & Admin Privileges

Clients will be provided with WordPress administrator login details to access and manage their website content.

 To protect Template integrity, security, and long term stability 

• Access to creating new pages , modifying core template layouts, or altering restricted plugin settings may be limited or blocked 
• Clients will still retain full access to their website content , media , and approved editable sections

These restrictions are implemented to:

• Maintain performance and security
• Ensure consistent updates
• Prevent structural damage to the template

Any request to remove restrictions may be declined or quoted as a separate custom service.

5. Updates & Ongoing Maintenance

YeboConnect will provide monthly updates to:

• Templates and theme components
• Included plugins (where managed by YeboConnect)
• Security and compatibility patches

Updates are only provided while the website remains hosted with YeboConnect or under an active agreement that includes template maintenance.

YeboConnect is not responsible for such issues arising from:

• Client-installed plugin or themes
• Manual code changes made by the client or third parties 
• Disabling updates or security features

6. Website Transfer & Termination of Updates

If a client chooses to transfer their website away from YeboConnect:

• Monthly updates will be immediately cease
• New Template versions or improvements will no longer be provided
• Ongoing maintenance , security patches, and compatibility updates will no longer be the responsibility of YeboConnect

The template , as installed at the time of transfer , will remain functional but unsupported

YeboConnect will not be liable for performance , security , or compatibility issues after the website has been tranferred.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates , designs , layouts and configurations remain the intellectual property of YeboConnect, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template on their website.

Clients may not resell, redistribute , duplicate, or license the template or any part thereof

8. Limitation of Liability

YeboConnect shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of business , revenue , or data
• Downtime caused by third-party services 
• Client modifications that affect website functionality 

The templates are provided “as is” within the scope defined at purchase.

9. Changes to These Terms 

YeboConnect reserves the  right to update or amend these terms at any time.

Continued use of the templates after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
