Welcome to YeboConnect ! By signing up for our services , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully

1. Introduction

These terms & conditions govern the use of services provided by YeboConnect (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services , you (“client”, “user”) agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

YeboConnect provides web hosting and related internet services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on eligible hosting services. Refunds request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial purchase. Refunds apply only to first-time purchases and not renewals, upgrades or add-ons. Domain registrations and third-party services are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients are strictly prohibited from using our services for illegal or harmful activities. This includes , but is not limited to: Hosting or distributing illegal content, hosting or distributing pornographic content, hosting or distributing exploitative or abusive content, engaging in hacking, phishing or malicious activities , sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Resource Usage & Fair Use

We operate and manage our own infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability. Excessive or abusive use of server resources ( CPU, RAM, Disk I/O , Bandwidth) is not permitted. Misuse may result in account suspension, termination or a required upgrade to a higher plan. We reserve the right to take action if a client negatively impacts other users on the server.

6. Backups

We provide daily backups(4 days retention) for emergency recovery purposes. Backups are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

7. Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advanced. Invoices must be paid on or before the due date. Failure to pay may results in service termination. Overdue Accounts will be suspended within 3 days of an overdue invoice. Continued non-payment lead to permanent termination and data deletion within 7 days. After 7 days, Auto Cancellation will occur and the status of the applicable overdue Unpaid invoices will change to Cancelled. 

8. Price Lock Policy

YeboConnect offers a price lock guaranteed on hosting plans. The price you sign up with remain the same for the lifetime of the service, provided the service remains active and in good standing. This price lock applies only to the original hosting plan and does not apply to upgrades , add-ons or new services. If a client upgrades or downgrades their hosting plan, the new pricing at the time of change will apply. Promotional or discounted pricing may revert to standard pricing upon renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts that are cancelled due to non-payment or policy violations may lose their price lock eligibility. We reserve the right to review and adjust pricing for new customers at any time without affecting existing price-locked clients.

9. Support Policy

We offer customer support through multiple channels. WhatsApp support is intended for quick , light support queries only. Client Area/Ticket System is intended for technical issues, outages or detailed investigations. Failure to follow proper support channels may delay issue resolution.

10. Uptime & Monitoring

We actively monitor all infrastructure to ensure performance and uptime. While we strive for maximum uptime , we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under following conditions. 1.Non-payment of services. 2. Abuse or misuse of system resources. 3. Activities that threaten network stability or security. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations. 

12. Limitations of Liability

YeboConnect shall not be held liable for Data loss, Service interruptions, Financial losses or damages resulting from downtime or service failure. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law 

These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
