Welcome to YeboConnect.com (“YeboConnect”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our web hosting and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and YeboConnect.
Please read them carefully before using our Services.
YeboConnect provides shared and managed web hosting solutions with various plans and features as outlined on our website.
We currently offer the following plans:
Yebo Personal Plan – Hosting only (no free domain).
Yebo Business Plan – Hosting only (no free domain).
Yebo Premium Plan – Includes a free .co.za domain name.
You agree not to use YeboConnect services for any unlawful or unethical purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Hosting or distributing pornographic, malicious, abusive, or hate-related content.
Engaging in hacking, phishing, spam, DDoS, or any malicious online activity.
Infringing on copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent South African legislation.
We fully comply with DMCA and South African intellectual property laws. Upon receiving valid DMCA notices, we will take down or disable access to infringing content.
YeboConnect provides free daily backups of hosted websites as part of our Services. However, clients are still responsible for maintaining their own backups.
YeboConnect cannot be held liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our control.
All hosting plans include unmetered bandwidth, SQL databases, and FTP accounts, subject to fair usage. Abuse of system resources that affects server stability or performance may result in suspension or limitation of services.
YeboConnect services are billed monthly only.
Yearly billing is not supported.
All invoices must be settled before the renewal date to avoid service interruption.
Failure to make payment within the given grace period may result in account suspension or termination.
Account migrations (from another host to YeboConnect) are offered at an additional cost, which will be quoted prior to migration.
Account cancellations must be submitted through the Yebo Portal.
Cancellations are only accepted if all outstanding payments have been cleared.
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase, subject to our refund policy.
Refunds do not apply to domain registrations or migration fees.
YeboConnect guarantees 99.99% uptime on all hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
If maintenance or system updates are required, clients will be notified in advance whenever possible.
To ensure optimal performance and protection, YeboConnect reserves the right to access client accounts without prior notice to install, configure, or update software that enhances website speed, performance, or security.
All client data is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
YeboConnect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services during the month in which the issue occurred.
YeboConnect may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
